When posts are recently created and remain unanswered, we now show similar posts that might help answer the author’s question.

The posts we display are powered by our answer engine, which uses AI to find relevant posts.

Someone can also “Ask AI for an answer” to get a quick response from our answer engine.

For Discord and Slack channels, a link to these suggested answers is included in the bot auto-reply for both Discord and Slack.

We hope this feature makes it easier for people to self-serve answers to their questions while they wait for a response.

We’ve improved how external links to Discord and Slack are displayed in your community site.

Before this update, permalinks to view content in Discord or Slack only worked if someone already had an account or was logged into Discord and Slack.

Our new experience makes it clear that someone needs to accept an invite to join a Discord server or Slack workspace before they can open a post.
