See search demand for your topics

Understand how often people ask questions about your topics across conversational AI platforms with our new search demand report.
The search demand report provides monthly estimates of how frequently users engage with topics similar to those in your project across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI platforms.
Our proprietary model combines real AI conversation data, clickstream analytics, and traditional search intent data to deliver directionally accurate demand insights tailored to your specific project topics.
To access search demand insights, navigate to the Reports page in your project and select the Search demand report.
You’ll need to have topics configured for your project to see data. You can learn more about search demand in the help center.

View visibility by region with the Regions report

For customers who track questions across multiple regions, the new regions report provides a quick overview of the visibility of your questions in each region.
To explore the regions report, navigate to the Reports page in your project and select the Regions report.
If you want to discuss enabling additional regions for your project, get in touch with our team.

Filter your analysis with Topics

Organize questions in your project with topics and enable more granular analysis and filering across your project reports.
Questions can be added to multiple topics allowing flexibility in how you analyze your data. Topics have the benefit of enabling analysis at the topic-level, while still allowing you to see an overall view of your project across all questions.
To start using topics, navigate to the Questions page in your project. From here, you can create and manage topics, as well as add questions to topics.
You can read more about topics in the help center.

Overviews for projects

Every project now has a new overview page. This page provides a quick preview of how your brand or business and website is performing across all the data for your project.
The overviews page enables you to quickly get a pulse on your performance without needing to dive into the details of each project report.

We’re making our Agent analytics feature available for all workspaces from today.
