Custom domain

Each community site has its own unique .hall.community subdomain.

This can be managed from your Domain settings in the admin dashboard. We recommend that you avoid changing this once you start sharing your community to prevent the impact of any brokens links.

Using a custom domain

Using a custom domain like community.yourwebsite.com is available on the Growth plan.

To set up a custom domain – send us an email contact us with your organization name and requested custom subdomain.

Once we confirm your request, you will need to create the CNAME records with the DNS provider for your domain to complete the custom domain set up. We will provide the details nad instructions for this to you over email.
