Improved invite links for Discord and Slack

We’ve improved how external links to Discord and Slack are displayed in your community site.

Before this update, permalinks to view content in Discord or Slack only worked if someone already had an account or was logged into Discord and Slack.

Our new experience makes it clear that someone needs to accept an invite to join a Discord server or Slack workspace before they can open a post.

We hope this small improvement helps make the experience of people signing up to Discord and Slack more seamless.
