Questions are the “prompts” or “queries” that are asked on each AI platform.

All questions within your project will be automatically asked on the AI platforms configured for your project at the schedule you’ve configured. This schedule could be anywhere from weekly to daily.

Each question results in an answer, or response, that is associated with the question.

Adding new questions

To add a question to your project:

1. Click the Questions tab in your project.
2. Click + New question.

Removing questions

To remove a question from your project:

1. Click the Questions tab in your project.
2. Select the checkbox next to the questions you want to remove.
3. Click the Delete button.
4. Confirm deletion.

Please note that deleting a question will any associated answers and data. Any reports using this data will be impacted, including any historical data.

Organizing questions with topics

Questions can be organized into topics to enable granular analysis and better manage projects with many questions. Learn more about using topics in the help article for topics.
