Why join us
We’re building something special from the ground up, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of this journey. We’re backed by Blackbird Ventures, Australia’s largest venture capital fund who’ve invested in successes like Canva and SafetyCulture. This means we’ve got the funding and runway to make our product vision happen and grow our customer base. We’re early days, but we have the ambition to build an enduring company that matters.
You’ll make an immediate impact from day one, helping shape what we’re creating and where we’re going. This isn’t a role where you’ll be a small cog in a massive corporate machine. You’ll work across different areas and feel the real satisfaction of building something meaningful from scratch.
This role is perfect for someone who loves small, high-trust teams. If you’re tired of places where endless meetings and bureaucracy kill your motivation, we offer a chance to actually enjoy work again. As an early-stage startup, we haven’t figured everything out - and that’s the point. You should be comfortable (and excited) with the messiness that comes with building something new as we figure out our product, find customers, and scale things up.
For people who get the unique opportunity of joining an early-stage startup, nothing else really compares. The first few people who join us will have incredible opportunities to learn and grow, make a real impact, work with a tight team that shares the same goals, and get a meaningful stake in our future success.
We believe the best companies are built from diverse teams. We are committed to diversity and inclusion in our workplace. We welcome (and encourage) applications from people of all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities, and people from the LGBTIQ+ community. Reasonable adjustments are available during the recruitment process, please let us or our recruitment partners know.
