Sometimes AI platforms will generate answers that refer to the same brand or entity in different ways. Our entity detection system will sometimes resolve these as separate entities, which will result in multiple entries in Hall.
You can manually resolve and map duplicate brands/entities to the same canonical entity in project settings. Just click Project settings, then click Mentions, and scroll to the Mention mapping section to map duplicate mentions to a singular canonical mention.
