Software Engineer

What you’ll do

• Work with our small engineering team to identify, define, design, and implement technical solutions for our evolving product
• Collaborate with our small team and customers to gather, understand and prioritize work effectively
• Work across all aspects of software engineering end-to-end, crafting our product from the beginning
• Contribute to building community-focused features that enable companies to connect their users
• Operate effectively in an early-stage environment with the ambiguity and pace that comes with it
• Advocate for best practices in engineering, collaboration, and professional development

Your background

• Some experience building software-as-a-service products on the web, either in another role or with side projects
• Hands-on technical experience with TypeScript, React / Next.js, Node, Postgres, and AWS
• A multidisciplinary mindset comfortable wearing multiple hats and engaging in diverse tasks
• Ability to thrive in small, high-trust teams with minimal bureaucracy and maximum impact
• Comfort with ambiguity and operating effectively without strict guidelines in fast-paced environments
• Excitement about joining an early-stage, venture-backed startup with significant growth potential
